John Waterbury, Owner & President
John is an Executive General Adjuster who joined Insurance Adjustors in 1996 and acquired the company in 2003 from the company's original owners. Prior to Insurance Adjustors, John was a Sr. Adjuster with Farmers Insurance and a Branch Manager with Community Credit Company in Milwaukee, WI.
To complement his years of multi-line claims experience, John has also led work in the finance and construction fields. John has an extensive background in construction methods and building envelope and is often selected to handle large and complex property losses. When companies need officiating over damage disputes, John can be called upon to execute a level of fairness and diplomacy while in the role of either Umpire or Appraiser.
In addition to adjusting property losses, John directly supervises the casualty claims assignments and personally manages claims involving serious injuries and large loss exposures. Finally, John implements and oversees the professional growth and development of our staff through continuing education and representation at industry seminars.
